The Legend of the Chief Okemos Council

Let me tell you a little story. There once was a beautiful young woman who worked in the front office of the Chief Okemos Council. She was very good at her job, but alas, she decided to leave. She announced her departure, and then she announced her pregnancy. I knew that I would not get to see the baby since she was moving to Idaho, and I was bitter.

Fast forward one year. There was a beautiful young woman who worked in the Scoutshop at the Chief Okemos Council. She was very good at her job, but alas, she decided to leave. She announced her departure, and then she announced her pregnancy. I knew that I would not get to see the baby since she was moving to Idaho, and I was very very bitter.

Fast forward one year. There was a beautiful young woman who worked in the Registrar's office at the Chief Okemos Council. She was very good at her job, but alas, she decided to leave. She announced her departure (August 22nd), and then she announced her pregnancy. I knew that I would get to see this baby, because it will be mine, and I was not bitter at all.

And they all lived happily ever after.
The end

I felt like I was watching/reading "Groundhogs Day" for a second, but then the story got exponentially more exciting! Congratulations to you! By the way, I'm Natalie's way younger sister (I was just blog stalking her neighborhood). Sounds like Chief Okemos has been good to everyone! :)
